Take a screenshot of a Chromebook’s full screen or a small section of it
If you want to take a screenshot of your Chromebook’s entire screen, press the “Ctrl” + “Window Switcher” buttons on your keyboard simultaneously.
If you want to take a small section of your Chromebook’s screen, simply add “Shift” key to the combination. So you will press “Ctrl” + “Window Switcher” + “Shift”.
But what is the Switch Window or Windows Switcher button on a Chromebook anyway? Maybe you have never heard of it or seen it. Now check on your Chromebook’s keyboard. It should look like this:

Do not worry, it will not go anywhere. After taking the chromebook screenshot using the key combination, you will get a notification telling you that a screenshot has been successfully retrieved or failed. Click the notification and you will be taken to the file manager where the screenshots are stored. You do not need to paste it again somewhere else. If noted, the screenshots are stored in the Downloads folder, so you can access them anytime later.
